I’m glad to have your attention. My name is Anna, and I’m in love with foreign languages from my childhood. I also cherish a special respect for my native Russian tongue, its style and spelling.
I graduated from Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO) in 2005 with honors. In the University I studied International Law along with English, Spanish and French. Afterwards I learnt Italian.
I started to work as translator in 2004. My first important project was large translation of textbooks from English to Russian for AST Publishing House.
For more than 10 years I have been working as a lawyer in a variety of international investment projects involving complex bilingual and English-only contracts and analysis of legislation of many countries from UK to Singapore. At the same time I continued my work as a freelance translator from Spanish, English and French in various subjects for translation agencies and private clients.
Being an international investment lawyer, I’m specifically skilled in legal translation, as a professional who entirely understands the subject matter.
In my portfolio there are translations of business and legal papers, laws of foreign countries, court decisions, applications and filings, sale and purchase agreements in different languages. Among other things, I made some translations of book fragments from Spanish and architecture documentation from French. My most recent work was translation of various materials on Psychology from English, Spanish and Italian for a Russian charity internet resource.
Looking forward to working with you!
