• Daily monitoring of cash balances on all accounts in all banks.
• Intragroup payments for loans and for goods (with a preliminary reconciliation of the current balance in the Turnover balance sheet of the account).
• Payment to external counterparts in foreign currency and in rubles.
• Unloading and posting statements in 1C (work with accounts 51, 52, 60, 62, 76, 70, 71, 58, 68, 69, 91).
• Tracking the timely provision of primary documents on payments made.
• Conversion, making currency payments, control of currency exchange operations of the bank.
• Communication with international banks on operational services of the company (transactions, opening / closing of ruble, currency current, transit accounts in banks, optimization of Settlement and cash services).
• Placing deposits in banks.
• Preparation of the ESC, the reporting documents for the Bank's payments under a currency control.
• Ordering of certificates, Bank statements, invoices.
• Compliance with the requirements of the legislation on currency control (knowledge of laws and regulations in the field of currency control, including № 173-FZ, Government Decree №1459, 138-I, 181-I, 308-P, 364-P, 402-P; 111-I; 115-FZ).
• Knowledge of accounting for foreign exchange transactions.
• Work with databases and programs: Client-Bank, 1C 8.3, Excel, Consultant +.

Position: Переводчик французского и английского / Менеджер ВЭД

• перевод документов с/на французский/английский языки;
• перевод кулинарных рецептов от известного кондитера Франции;
• подготовка визита, перевод во время тренинга, проводимого французским шефом (технологический процесс на производстве);
• закупка оборудования для ресторанов; мебели, посуды, приборов, предметов интерьера; сан. технического, осветительного оборудования; заказ каталогов и образцов у иностранных поставщиков, импорт продуктов питания (зеленого зерна, пищевых добавок и др.);

• расчет сроков доставки и объемов доставляемого груза;
